As always, I want to thank all of my existing and new subscribers for being a part of my writing journey. I’m truly happy to have you here! I had an awesome time at the Annual Spooktacular Author Meet & Greet at Copperfield’s Books. Several smiling faces honored me by popping by my booth, and I gained quite a few new newsletter subscribers. Welcome!! Our new friends earned an entry for a raffle that I held just for the event. Unfortunately, there could only be one lucky winner. The results are in… Kat takes home the prize, and I couldn’t be more excited for Kat! Thank you to everyone who entered. IMPUNDULU is available now! Lubanzi lost it all. A beautiful wife, a rambunctious son, and a beautiful infant daughter, because he could not control his power. The pain became the focus of his existence, and the shifters he was forced to defend them against, the focus of his bitterness and hate.
For centuries he navigated the world and his work with Team Alpha without allowing himself to feel more than obligation, shame, and guilt, until a small, sassy Shifter ignited a spark that would make him question everything.
Leandra could not be more alluring. Confident and sexy, skilled and intelligent, she coaxed the Impundulu from his shell without doing anything more than being herself. She demanded nothing, because she expected nothing. He was no more than a fun moment, a spicy connection…and then, he was everything.
Things in their world, in their work, were developing quickly, with old and new allies beginning to feather into the fold to aid Team Alpha in discovering what they needed to know about defending man and immortal kind from the apocalypse of The Revelation of Jesus.
For his part, because of his blood, the Impundulu must atone for his past to unlock the future. He can only hope that the Shifter will accept him for who he is, be understanding of what he has done, and forgive the journey that brought him to her.

*REVIEW* Nobody Said It’d Be Easy by Patty BlountI’m a fan. Patty hit me in the feels by creating a love story that encompasses the challenges of expanding a young family after the loss of a parent, but also because her heroine was relatable for me personally. Lia had a hysterectomy due to reproductive complications, and I love her down-to-earth, loving vibe. Even though the setting is in NYC, Patty is able to give us a “hometown” feel through the interconnection of her secondary characters, and I love that she gives us hints of spice between the main couple. PERFECT FOR HALLOWEEN! MONSTER IN THE DARK-As townspeople celebrate their annual Halloween Shocktoberfest barn dance, a panicked black stallion bursts through the open barn doors. Everyone cheers at seeing the rider dressed like Brom Bones of the Sleepy Hollow legend. However, when Doctor Tullah Holliday rushes to aid the fallen rider, she discovers a truly headless horseman. Who is he, and where is his head? Halloween turns more horrible when the next victim, furred to look like Little Red Riding Hood's wolf, is found with an axe in his skull. When Tullah and her father, Sheriff Henry Holliday, discover a third grisly murder, again with the body arranged to resemble a specific fairytale villain, they must identify the maniacal psycho before he-or she-kills again.
