NEWS FROM SYDNEY’S WORLD:

I’m sharing my newsletter a little early this period. You’ll see some offer deadlines in announcements that follow, and I wanted to make sure you’re aware of all the fun stuff going on before they expire.

So many things have happened since my last newsletter; let’s dive right in!

First and foremost, Druid won an award from The BookFest! Second place in Paranormal Romance. This is an exciting honor because a panel of judges enjoyed their journey through the novel enough to vote for it. But also, it’s an impactful win because there are very few contests that’ll even allow authors to submit pieces that include erotic content. Not only did they accept my submittal, they rewarded it, and that was a great opportunity for me. If you’re interested in checking out the winners from the many categories they judged, click here.

Second, an article I wrote about beta readers (from an Indie’s perspective) has been selected for publication in the RWR Magazine published by Romance Writers of America. Unfortunately, I’m unable to share the article with you as it is now owned by them, but I am excited to share the news, nonetheless.

Druid and Titan

Volumes I and II of my series are complete.

Druid, Volume I, is available on Amazon now! Click here to find Druid on Amazon. If you’re a Kindle Unlimited user, please consider reserving your copy of Druid before its too late. I will be pulling it from the exclusive program on May 3rd and offering it for wide distribution. If you check it out now, you can read it until you return it.

Titan, Volume II, will be fully released on April 30th, but the physical copies are available now on Amazon. Click here to find Titan on Amazon.

I’m about half way through my read of Katherine’s combined novella and novel, The Sea Witch and the Mage and Siren Descending. I really enjoy the way Katherine writes realistic characters with relatable flaws, all against a paranormal backdrop. I have been a little slower this month due to a nasty little bout of Flu/COVID combo, but I plan to have a full review finished by the next newsletter in July.
